Micah Parsons is back at Packers practice, and his 21-day clock has started

21 daysto activate Micah Parsons after his first practice

The window opened Wednesday, when Parsons took part in individual drills.

If you've been counting the days: Packers coach Matt LaFleur said Micah Parsons would return to practice Wednesday, in individual drills only. It was Parsons' first practice in almost 11 months. It opened a 21-day window to activate him from the .

Don't expect him Sunday. Parsons won't play at New England, and he isn't expected to play against the Vikings at Lambeau Field on Nov. 15, either. The apparent target is the Nov. 25 game at the Rams. LaFleur said Monday that if he had a bet, it would be "more towards the longer end" of the 21 days.

“I've got to stack 20 days, and hopefully on that 21st day I feel incredible.”

Micah Parsons

He's keeping expectations in check. Parsons did individual drills Wednesday and may need time to recapture his All-Pro form.

  • Packers' record: 5-3, same as the Patriots
  • Parsons' injury: mid-December
  • Next week: Parsons expects a bigger practice workload

Parsons' 21 days end with the Nov. 25 game at the Rams
