If you live in the West De Pere School District, your referendum passed. Voters approved a five-year, $24.5 million operational referendum, 6,087 to 4,891, that adds $4.9 million a year. The district is projecting a $2.6 million budget deficit this school year and a $3 million one next year, and leaders said costs have increased faster than the district can cut them.
